Kai is a property acquisition and finance strategist with over 10 years’ experience in property acquisition, finance and development. Having worked with established property developers and financiers, and taught property at Melbourne University, as well as owning and investing in properties directly, Kai is perfectly suited to advising clients on property acquisition, finance and development.
Kai holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Construction Management (Property) from Melbourne University, and a Graduate Certificate of Finance from Macquarie University.
A basketball fan and father, Kai enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family. Kai is fluent in both English and Chinese.
Peter Burke

Commercially astute with a professional career of in excess of 35 years’ experience Peter is well versed to advise on all aspects of property development spanning the full spectrum of the business from acquisition, due diligence, design and planning through to construction contracting and management of marketing, sales and settlement handover.
An executive management qualification from Harvard University is underpinned by post graduate studies in project management, environmental planning and building surveying from RMIT complementing Peter’ foundation undergraduate degree in architecture from Melbourne University.
While enjoying being well travelled, history and culture is naturally intrinsic to Peter being Melbourne born and bred. In addition, being an active investor and property developer himself, Peter is aligned closely to client’s objectives.
